Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  1. Standard Shipping ($12.95) via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking information
  2. Free Shipping on orders over $50 via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Tracking available

Note: We ship worldwide except to some remote areas and parts of Asia. International customers may be subject to customs fees which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every item you purchase from us. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Important Hygiene Notice: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on Bra Bundles, Bralettes, and Nursing Bras unless they arrive defective or incorrect. All other products are eligible for returns.

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  2. Wait for approval – Our comfort experts will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days
  3. Package your items – Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside

Shipping Tip: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned items
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You’ll receive an email notification once your refund has been processed

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. International refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion fees.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the replacement item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges unless the original shipment was incorrect or defective
