Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Bra Bundles, Bralettes, and Nursing Bras unless they arrive defective or incorrect. All other products in our collection are eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for approval – Our comfort experts will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package your items – Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned items
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the replacement item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference
  • If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchanges unless the original shipment was incorrect or defective

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding some remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs fees
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion fees by your financial institution

Damaged or Incorrect Items
